Working with Brooke was the best decision we could have made. Initially, we had planned to do everything ourselves but after a few weeks, we realized that was probably a bad idea and started working with Brooke. Looking back, there is no way we could have done it without her. She helped us in every aspect of the wedding – from timeline to vendors, negotiations, and a million ideas that we had not even considered. Brooke and her team had every last detail covered and made what could have been one of the most stressful days (we had an outdoor wedding and a LOT of rain) as smooth as can be. Brooke assisted us with our Las Vegas destination wedding. She made this time of our life so enjoyable. She handled everything, beginning with the travel arrangements, hotel accommodations, our perfect wedding ceremony and our amazing reception which overlooked the whole city. There were many obstacles that Brooke worked through. Agendas were formally prepared for all our guests over the three day period. This was a complicated task that Brooke handled with ease. She included the agendas in the welcome bags that she personally prepared and hand delivered to our guests upon arrival at the hotel. It included the coordination of restaurants (breakfasts, happy hour, the rehearsal dinner, etc…), spa/hair appointments, transportation to and from venues and on and on… Brooke worked with the Venue Director and had our ceremony streamed live over the internet. This allowed our family members who could not attend, to still participate in our day. We don’t know what we would have done without her.

I recently worked with Brooke Voris on a wedding and was very impressed with her professionalism and attention to detail, which is critically important in our industry. She went above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly- from coordinating with a multitude of vendors to assisting the wedding party and guests with their specific needs. She was also responsible for orchestrating the wedding rehearsal, which came together flawlessly, as well as managing the entire day of timeline expertly. The bride and groom expressed their gratitude for all the hard work she put in and were especially complimentary of her friendly demeanor. My wife Laurie and I are grateful for the help and support provided by Brooke and her team at our son’s wedding last October. As with any wedding, minor crises did arise. Brooke handled every situation with professionalism and grace, allowing Laurie and me to enjoy the celebration with our friends and family.
